At Homes & Linen we believe that the true test of luxury bedding is how they feel in your home. We want you to love your new bedding and bath essentials. That is why we offer a 60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.

1. The 60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to decide if our products are right for you.

"Sleep on it, Wash it, Love it." Unlike traditional return policies, we want you to actually use our products. You can open the package, wash the linens, and sleep on them. If you aren't waking up happy, we will take them back for a full refund, no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under this policy:

  • The return must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: We accept returns on items that have been opened, washed, and used. However, we cannot accept items that are stained, torn, or damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear beyond standard trial use.
  • Original Packaging: While helpful, original packaging is not required for returns, provided the item is packed securely for shipping.

3. How to Initiate a Return

We strive to make returns as easy as possible:

  • Email Us: Send an email to hello@homesandlinen.com with your Order Number and the specific items you wish to return.
  • Get Your Label: Our team will respond shortly with a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
  • Ship It: Pack your items securely, attach the label, and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

Please note: Return shipping is free for all domestic orders.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process and inspect the items.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account.
  • Original shipping charges (if expedited shipping was selected) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Need a different color, size, or style?

  • You can initiate an exchange through our Returns Portal.
  • We will ship your new items as soon as the return carrier scans your returning package.

6. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are final sale.
  • Last Call / Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • International Orders: At this time, we cannot offer free return shipping for international orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at hello@homesandlinen.com so we can make it right. You do not need to go through the standard return process for defective goods; we will arrange an immediate replacement.

8. What happens to returned linens?

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we do not resell used bedding or bath goods. Returned items that have been used are either donated to local housing charities and animal shelters or recycled responsibly.
